SWEET & SPICY TAHINI DRESSING

Sweet & Spicy Tahini Dressing (Oil-Free)

This is my favorite salad dressing! It’s quick and easy to make, it’s oil-free, full of flavor and much healthier than the honey mustard dressings you can buy at the store. Use it a salad dressing or dip for your favorite veggies.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup tahini

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 3 teaspoons pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4-5 tablespoons water

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until well blended and creamy. ENJOY!!!

Makes about 4 servings


NOTES:

  1. Save time and double or triple the recipe and store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.

  2. Be sure to use your favorite tahini in this recipe, it will make a difference. My favorite is Organic Mighty Sesame Company.
