VEGAN CASHEW SOUR CREAM

Vegan Cashew Sour Cream

Just like my queso cheeze sauce I also put this stuff on everything! It's just 4 ingredients and comes together in a snap!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add to anything you would use traditional sour cream for and ENJOY!!!

Makes about 2 cups

NOTES:

Soaking the cashews in water for about an hour will make a creamier sour cream. If time doesn’t permit, you can soak them in boiled water for about 10 minutes. If you have a high speed blender, like a Vitamix, you can skip this step.
